Gathering the energy is just the first part of the exercise. For a long term benefit you need to store it. If you don’t the energy will quickly disperse into nothing, just as it came to you from elsewhere.
Feet shoulder width apart, soles slightly turned inwards. Back is flat and upright, head is pulled by Bai Hui. Hands on lowed dantian as shown on the photo.
Do the sequence of Ar, Er, Ying. Feel the energy flowing into your body, allow it to go up and down from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet a few times. That cleans you, synchronises the energy with your own frequency, making it yours.
Now repeat the cycle of sounds: Ar, Ay; Er, Ay; Ying, Ay. Where Ar, Er and Ying are pulling the energy into your body, and Ay is storing to lower dantian. Ar and Er go all the way up, then back down to dantian, then store with Ay. Opposite direction for Ying.
Now you need to compact and store it. With the sound Ay imagine a gyroscope spinning in your dantian. You have 5 axises to spin it: XYZ and 2 diagonal ones (on a vertical plane). Spin each 3 times clockwise to pull the energy in. Then go the horizontal CCW onse to seal the energy. So you follow 1-2-3 (five times) – reverse 1 pattern for every Ay.
You have to be focussed and precise with all your actions. No focus – no result.
